All prices quoted on the website are subject to change at any time at t he discretion of Aoraki Liquorice. If the price charged exceeds the price quoted at the time of the order the Customer shall be entitled to cancel the order and Aoraki Liquorice shall promptly refund any amount paid by the Customer for the order.
The Customers order shall not be completed until the Customers payment has been received.
Aoraki Liquorice reserves the right to refuse to accept an order at its sole discretion.
By initiating an order the Customer accepts these Terms of Trade
Unless otherwise agreed in writing payment for products shall be made in full in advance.
The products remain at Aoraki Liquorice risk until delivered to the Customer. Delivery is to be made at the place specified by the Customer when the order is made. If the customer fails or refuses to take or accept delivery then the products are deemed to have been delivered.
Delivery of products are made to New Zealand addresses only. No provision can be made for overseas orders.
If the product is lost or damaged during delivery Aoraki Liquorice will only pay a refund or supply a new product once compensation has been received from the courier company.
The Customer will check the condition and quantity of the products delivered and advise the deliverer of any missing or damaged products immediately on receipt. We will not be liable for any missing or damaged products unless noted on the delivery receipt.
Title in any products supplied passes to the customer only when the customer has made payment in full for all products.
On the occasion that there is a problem with your order the below will outline what is covered.
The product received is not the product ordered
Provided the item is unopened and in the condition received, we will replace the item or provide a full refund.
A product I ordered was damaged in transit
If your item was damaged between leaving Aoraki Liquorices warehouse and arriving at your address you will receive a full refund or replacement. Our courier will collect the damaged package from your address, along with the packaging it was delivered in, and once the damage has been verified by the courier company your refund or replacement will be processed.
The product is not to your satisfaction
Please contact us with specific details, this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
The product ordered did not arrive
Please contact us, we can track and trace the item for you. Unfortunately we are unable to accept a return if you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item.
Shipping & handling fees
We use Fastway couriers to deliver our fantastic products to you. Shipping is $8.00 per order, or for orders over $60.00 FREE Shipping.
